The unassembled Convention will take place Saturday, June 13, 2020 at Caroline County High School
The voting hours will be between 10 AM and 2 PM. YOU CAN DRIVE THROUGH THE VOTING PROCESS AT ANY TIME DURING THAT TIME PERIOD.
There will be signs and people directing you to the one entrance open at the HIgh School. You will drive to a person on the credentials committee and present your credentials.
You will be given a ballot, with your county indicated on it. MAKE SURE YOUR BALLOT SAYS WILLIAMSBURG-JAMES CITY COUNTY. Ballots are counted by County and then weighted by the number of votes our County is entitled to under the rules.
Mark your ballot.
Move forward into the lane designated for our County. Right now, it appears that will be Lane 4, but that can change on the day, so heed the volunteers there to help you.
Hand in your ballot and confirm you are in the correct lane. A Teller Committee member will put the ballot in the box.
FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AND EXIT. THERE IS NO PLACE TO WAIT THERE. THE BALLOTS WILL NOT BE COUNTED AT THE HIGH SCHOOL.
If you have any questions email Dot Matthews. See you Saturday.
